Introduction

In addition to delivering projects on schedule and within budget, project teams must reduce time to market and cope with rapidly shifting conditions. Microsoft Project is a powerful tool to help you break projects down into manageable parts, identify potential bottlenecks and generate information to keep your projects under control.
This course will be useful to potential project managers, or those working on a company project. Discussion about your projects or potential projects can be included in the course. On completion  you should feel confident in your ability to work with this application and feel comfortable with the terms used in Project.

To create a working Microsoft Project schedule that reflects accurate work, costs and scheduled resources.
To manage and update the Project schedule, deal with conflicts and manage resources.
