Project Management Skills [2 days]

Introduction

This 2 day course is ideal for anyone wanting an introduction and good overview of Project Management processes and techniques to apply to a Project environment. This course will provide you with many tools and techniques that can be quickly applied and mastered to ensure that your Project Management is efficient and effective. This course is aimed at Project Team members or Project Managers who have worked or are currently working in a Project environment.

Delegates will gain an understanding into the Project Management Process by using the tools and techniques in a workshop style course.
